Wexford Village Homeowners Association- Minutes

Present:           Darren Fortney, Darrell Fleming, Don Michalski, Jim Rather, Trish Watts

Not Present:     Marc Herstand, Roger Kong, Al Martin, Ken Schmidt, Paul Stang, Todd Wiegand

 

1.      Minutes of the January 6th meeting were accepted

 

2.      The financial report was presented. Over 80 % of the 2004 assessments have been collected The issue of what is the deadline for initiating legal action  or more stern action for late dues ( deadline January 31st) was presented

 

3.      The concern of the responsibilities for sidewalk clearance along Old Sauk Road and Gammon by the residents on Morningdale Circle was referred to legal counsel (Greg Siebold). Mr. Siebold will draft a letter identifying the legal responsibilities of those households on this matter.

 

4.      A request for assistance in a political campaign was answered by offering a link to the Wexford Website

 

5.      Committee  Reports

      Architectural Review    no report

      Block captains            one block captain position is open

      City Relations             no report

      Contracting                 Wexford Village has one year left on a four year lawn care contract

                                       with Barnes

      Directory                    The data base as been lost due to a computer disc crash. Trish Watts

                                       will try to reconstruct the data base, but this may take months to

                                       complete the task. It may not be possible to publish the Wexford        

                                       Directory for 2004

      Parks                         no report

      Social                        will begin plans for the Easter Egg Hunt (April 10th in Wexford Park)

      Welcoming                 members of committee did four home visits for new Wexford residents

      Wexford Watch           February-March issue has gone to press. Should be distribution within

                                       one week
