· Sidewalks on Old Sauk & Gammon Road Four of the six households were represented at the meeting
o One of the homeowners said that they were told by developer that the plowing and mowing was included in their association fees. Some indicated that they may not have bought the house if they would have known the actual situation. Others were told of supposed coverage by realtor.
o Board took opinions of homeowners and will follow-up with a decision. Do we have any legal issues for doing this for 20 years adverse possession?
o Compromise solutions were discussed including Wexford doing snow-plowing while homeowners do mowing; or charge neighbors $10 per snowplowing
o There is an agreement with Barnes to cover the plowing under the Associations contract until a decision has been made by the Board
· Statements and dues Trisha will sending out 2 forms, one for database and one for letter to residents. She will send out the draft of the documents to Board members this week for approval
