· The six households located at the Gammon/Old Sauk intersection were notified that we have been plowing their backyard sidewalks in error. Don received confirmation from the City the homeowners are indeed responsible for land and sidewalks along Gammon and Old Sauk, thus the sidewalks are the responsibility of the homeowners and not of the Association. The Homeowner’s Association is responsible for the path outlets. Don has sent out letters to the six households regarding our findings. We have no received any feedback to date
· Trish will need to send out annual meetings notices this week.
· Jason will verify who is up for re-election and pass the information onto Don
· There was a discussion about potential updates to the covenants. Questions such as how many years has to go by, who can update them, and how are they approved were brought up. This is a topic the Board would like to discuss next year
· Our insurance rates will be going up next year - $1M policy liability only (policy covers tripping on sidewalks, holes) ($569, up from $400) – Jim will get another quote for the Board
