Present:                Jason Jensen, Don Michalski, Ken Schmidt, Roger Kong, Jim Rather, Alan Martin, Paul Stang, Darren Fortney

Not Present:         Trish Watts, Todd Wiegend

 

  1. Presentation by West Madison Senior Coalition

·         Provided information to Board regarding their building plan for 2005 in Rennebohm Park

 

  1. Minutes - Board approved.

 

  1. Financial Report (Paul)

 

  1. Committee Reports

·         Architectural Review (Al)

o        Al proposed that we change the cost of document retrieval to $25

o        Discussed creating process whereby Treasurer alerts Architectural Control when he receives close and then provides a note of covenant violations to title company

o        Al will write article regarding sport courts and how they need to be approved.

·         Block Captains (Jim) – Wexford Watch was delivered this past weekend. He is also looking for one block captain

·         City Relations (Al) – nothing to report

·         Contracting (Don) – Received proposal from Barnes for snowplowing of $150 per snowfall. Board further discussed ways on reducing costs and focused on the land we have to plow

·         Covenants (Darren) – Board discussed if lien should be reapplied to a house that we had to take to court to get some covenant violations fixed

·         Wexford Watch (Roger) – will include request for additional members to be a part of the Architectural Review committee

·         Directory & website (Trish) – no report

·         Welcoming (Trish) – no report

·         Parks (Al) – All will talk to City about dead trees in park

·         Traffic Control (Don) – City Surveys are out at the 12 neighbors that are closest to the Westfield/Sawmill intersection

·         Social (Don) – no report

 

  1. Old Business

·         Light Pole Removal – most feedback was positive regarding the movement of the lights

 

 

  1. New Business

·         Mayor’s Conference Report – Don attended the conference and represented Wexford Village. The biggest issue across all neighborhoods is traffic.

·         November Annual Meeting – Mayor will not be able to attend, but Chief Williams and Ald. Paul Skidmore will be
