Present:                Jason Jensen, Paul Stang, Trish Watts, Don Michalski, Darren Fortney, Ken Schmidt, Todd Wiegend, Jim Rather, Alan Martin

Not Present:         Roger Kong

 

  1. Minutes (Jason) – Minutes presented. Al approved and Ken 2nd. Board approved.

 

  1. Financial Report (Paul)

·         Five dues are still outstanding. Paul will file liens against the property of the various residents.

 

  1. Police Liaison Officer – Scott Favor introduced himself as our new liaison officer from the Westside district. He talked of his hours and methods while the Board brought up their concerns for the area, including late-night activity around Wexford Park and speeding.

 

Ψ       Committee Reports

·         Architectural Review (Al)

o        Dentist office on corner of Old Sauk & Gammon is looking to expand to a second story. Due to location, they have to get approval from all 4 abutting homeowner associations

o        Recently there has been many inquiries – too many for Al to handle. Because of additional job commitments, he is going to have to step down soon as head of Architectural Review. He still wants to be on the committee and is starting to look for a replacement

·         Block Captains (Jim) – no report

·         City Relations (Al) – no report

·         Contracting (Don) – Board approved Tru-Green fertilizer contract for this fall for $2140.60

·         Covenants (Darren)

o        Covenant issues discussed

·         Directory & website (Trish) – nothing to report

·         Parks (Al) – City delivered more mulch for Park

·         Traffic Control (Don) – nothing to report

·         Social (Don) – Garage Sale had over 50 households involved; Fourth of July planning is coming along

·         Website (Trish) – nothing to report

·         Welcoming (Trish) – nothing to report

·         Wexford Watch (Roger) – no report

 

  1. Old Business

·         Naming of Lot 400 – “Wexford Prairie” was the winning name with 31 votes. Doug Van Buren will receive a Nitty Gritty Gift Certificate

·         Harvest Hill lighting project – Al motioned and Ken seconded project, estimated to cost $2350 from PKK Lighting, to trench electrical wire and install 3 poles/fixtures along path for unlit area

·         Alderperson Paul Skidmore is still working on resolution on drainage ditch washout from 2000
