Present:                Jason Jensen, Paul Stang, Trish Watts, Don Michalski, Darren Fortney, Ken Schmidt, Roger Kong, Todd Wiegend, Jim Rather

Not Present:         Alan Martin

 

  1. Minutes - Motion made by Darren, 2nd by Trish. Board approved.

 

  1. Financial Report (Paul)

·         Todd will follow-up with the seven unpaid residents before we send out final notices

 

Ψ       Committee Reports

·         Architectural Review (Al) – no report

·         Block Captains (Jim) – 2003 directories were just delivered to Block Captains

·         City Relations (Al) – no report

·         Contracting (Don) – Had first mowing of season

·         Covenants (Darren)

o        Covenant issues discussed

·         Wexford Watch (Roger) – nothing to report

·         Directory & website (Trish) – 2003 directories completed

·         Welcoming (Trish) – nothing to report

·         Parks (Al) – Park Clean-up Day went well; City still debating how to trim brush in woods at Wexford Park.

·         Traffic Control (Don) – We still haven’t heard from city regarding our needs for traffic calming around Wexford Park; our Alderman Paul Skidmore is following up

·         Social (Don) – Easter Egg Hunt went well; Garage Sale is next week

 

  1. Old Business

·         Meeting with Madison Liaison Officer – sometime later this year according to Paul Skidmore

·         Naming of Lot 400 – Board, with a vote, narrowed down submitted names to 3 that will be published in next Wexford Watch for community vote

·         Harvest Hill lighting project estimate is for $2350 from PKK Lighting to trench electrical wire and install 3 poles/fixtures along path for unlit area

 

  1. New Business

·         Special thanks to La Petite Nursery for planting plants and watering around Wexford Village sign

·         Board approved hiring of Al Harrington to remove dead tree and stump on Highgate Circle contingent on price not exceeding $100; otherwise Don will contact the rest of the Board for approval for higher amount
