Meeting Minutes

Present:                Jason Jensen, Paul Stang, Trish Watts, Don Michalski, Darren Fortney, Alan Martin, Ken Schmidt, Roger Kong, Todd Wiegend

Not Present:         Jim Rather

 

  1. Minutes - Motion made by Darren, 2nd by Ken. Board approved.

 

  1. Financial Report (Paul)

·         10 homes and 2 condos still unpaid for annual assessment. Paul will check with Greg, our attorney, on by what date we need to place liens for unpaid balances

 

Ψ       Committee Reports

·         Architectural Review (Al) – nothing to report

·         Block Captains (Jim) – no report

·         City Relations (Al) – nothing to report

·         Contracting (Don) – Don talked with Barnes regarding getting charged for 6 plowings. The number is accurate as on more than one occasion, they plowed twice during one “storm:” the day of and the day after.

·         Covenants (Darren)

o        Covenent issues discussed

·         Wexford Watch (Roger) – just went out

·         Directory & website (Trish) – need Feb minutes resent to be reposted

·         Welcoming (Trish) – nothing to report

·         Parks (Al) – nothing to report

·         Traffic Control (Don) – We still haven’t heard from city regarding our needs for traffic calming around Wexford Park

·         Social – no report

 

  1. Old Business

·         Meeting with Madison Liaison Officer – sometime in May according to Don

·         Naming of Lot 400 – 2 entries submitted to date

·         Follow-up on additional lights on path between Saukdale & Harvest Hill– looks like electrical wire is already trenched along that path

 

  1. New Business

·         Drainage problem on 10 S Woodmont – Al will call City to make assessment of drainage issue

·         Additional light request along Wexford Pond – Al said that this is a city responsibility, not Wexford issue

·         Association credit card – Board discussed and decided not a good idea
