· City will be inspecting lot 400 before giving us the Community Enhancement Grant for planting trees, dirt, park benches, prairie, etc. We spent $2442 and expect $1220 from the city.
· Light pole recommendations. Sample poles have been requested from PKK and should be here by mid November.

Ø Strickers Pond: South side full of plantings
Ø Traffic Control and Safety: Hearing on traffic calming effects in different neighborhoods to be held soon. Trish will post on web site.

Ø We welcomed about 8 new neighbors to the neighborhood this month.
· Block Captains (Dick)
Ø Nancy Kubat resigned as sector captain after many years of service. Christine Gomez Schmidt will replace her. Don will send her a personal thank you.
Ø Dick will not be signing up for another term on the board.
· Contracting (Don)
Ø Harrington declined to bid for snowplowing
Ø Barnes bid same cost as last year; $132 base plus multiplier
Ø Received last bill for grass cutting
Ø 6 lights out. We’ll have PKK fix them
· Architectural Review (Al & Marty) – nothing to report
· Annual Meeting to be held November 25th, 7:00 p.m. at Alicia Ashman Library. Paul Skidmore will speak first and then Mayor Bauman. We will give them each 15 minutes. Then Don will speak on the State of Wexford Village and the things that were done this year.
