· Motion made by Bill, 2nd by Trish. Board approved.
· 3 dues are left to collect, will be turned over to our lawyer to collect.
· Lot 400 update – pending with the City for benches, tables and plantings.
· Madison Engineering Dept. will modify the storm pipe as a result of the 2000 flood damage. We will be asked to do some fill following the correction of the problem.
· Strickers Pond planting was completed 5/18 with 20-25 people assisting. Al reported that the area around the retention ponds requires further discussion regarding land use…active or passive environment.
· Neighborhood Watch: Trish reported that a meeting will be held 6/5 with Lt. Peterson of MPD covering details. A questionnaire will be circulated among those in attendance to evaluate possible neighborhood involvement.
· Ken reported 3 circles requested and received mulch. Flowers in Wexford Park have been planted…same for the area on Sawmill/Gammon by Le Petite Nursery children. Area around Wexford sign at N. Westfield/Old Sauk will be maintained by Wexford
· Alliant Energy would charge $150 per hour for maintaining our path lights…we currently pay PPK less than $50 for labor. Proposal by PPK to replace 5 poles and components for $1950…motion to accept by Bill, 2nd by Oaul. Further discussion concerning style of the fixtures…Don will evaluate options.

Ø Barnes will monitor complaints of grass clippings from green space going on to private lawns.
Ø True Green weed & feed treatment for autumn of 2002 is priced at $2100…put on hold by motion of Jim, 2nd by Dick to explore spring application for weeds etc. for consideration at next meeting.
· Architectural Review (Al & Marty) – nothing to report
· Paul motioned for spending $500 for shrubs, $200 for labor, 2nd by Jim Puhl, to replace dead material at that location. Thanks to Jerry Daniels for contributing manpower and equipment.
