  1. Old Business

·         Light Poles –  Ken & Don met with Ron Volp of PKK Lighting. Discussion held regarding cost of pole replacements. Approximate cost is $300 per pole and $250 per light. His recommendation is to use 12-foot poles to minimize risk of damage to lights. Overall there is about $5000 in suggested repairs to be made to all areas of greenway lights. Ron did not endorse the suggestion of placing timers on the lights to turn off at midnight because of safety and security concerns. The underground wiring should have a few decades of life remaining. The light poles will be numbered this spring to track future maintenance. Ken will review our lighting situation with Alliant Energy.

·         Brush trimming of circle – The Board has received two proposals for brush & tree trimming on the circles and other Wexford common spaces. There was a large disparity in the range of the bids, so the second bid will be reaffirmed to ensure all the work specified is accurately described.
