· 2002 Budget
Ř Board discussed final budget for 2002. There was discussion regarding the need for dedicated focus by the Board on the long-term upkeep of the 140 lights that Wexford owns. The board believes a tracking system needs to be developed and a long-term replacement/upkeep plan created. Ken will call MG&E to discuss electrical savings potential.
Ř Jason motioned to approve the budget as is. Darren seconded it. Board approved.

- Lot 400: More prairie grass seeding was done in November
- Stricker’s Pond: The Friends of Kettle Lakes, being organized by Bob Conhaim, is in the process of setting up a board, constitution, and laws. They would like representation from Madison, particularly Wexford Village. Plans are currently being discussed about cleaning the southern edge of Stricker’s Pond

· Wexford Watch (Roger) – Watch will be out next week

- Jim Puhl volunteered to help find people for the events this year
- Garage sale tentatively set for May 3/4; Board decided not to advertise in paper or put up signs this year

· City (Al) – Al had discussion with Russ Hefty from the City about upkeep of retention ponds behind High Point church. Al noted that the Parks division will maintain whatever is developed by the City and the Wexford Home Association

- Reviewed annual dues letter changes with the Board
- Trish would be leading effort to get the letters mailed by the end of the year

- PKK Lighting finished repairing the lights on Apple Hill Circle the end of November, all should be working now
